Lipton moved the consent agenda be approved. Machado seconded. Roll Call Vote: Carlson — yes, Machado — yes, Tennessen — yes, Lipton — yes and Hughes — yes. Consent agenda approved. Authority Business A. Public Hearing — New Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License — Cinebarre, LLC d /b /a Cinebarre — 1164 W. Dillon Rd. Carlson opened the public hearing on the hotel and restaurant liquor license application. Secretary Hanson stated the application was complete and included in the Authority packet. Background checks were conducted and the Authority had a revised individual history for Mr. Braly in front of them. No criminal history was found for the manager, Mr. Martens. Fingerprinting for the three other individuals had to be re -done, but a computer check showed no criminal history. The hearing had been posted and published in accordance with state law. There was no reason found to require denial of the application. Chairperson Carlson called for any member disclosures, hearing none, he called for any objections to the boundaries of the neighborhood being the current city limits of the City of Louisville. Hearing no objections, he moved the entire application be made a part of the record of this hearing. Lipton seconded. All in favor.
