<br /> <br /> <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 8, 2014 <br /> <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br /> <br />6:30 <br />PM <br /> <br />Call to Order Pritchard called the meeting to order at 6:32 P.M. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: Chris Pritchard, Chairman <br />Jeff Moline <br />Ann Secretary <br />Steve Brauneis <br />Cary Tengler <br />Tom Rice <br />Commission Members Absent: Scott Russell <br />Staff Members Present: Troy Russ, Director of Planning & Building <br />Safety <br /> <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Brauneis moved and Moline seconded a motion to approve the agenda. Motion passed <br />by voice vote. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Pritchard and Brauneis handed corrections to Staff. Brauneis moved and Moline <br />seconded a motion to approve the April 10, 2014 minutes as prepared by staff. Motion <br />passed by voice vote. <br />Public Comments: Items not on the Agenda <br /> <br />Norman Thompson, 545 Manorwood Lane, Louisville, CO <br />Expresses general concern to Planning Commission regarding recent housing <br />developments in Louisville in the past years, specifically related to whether the <br />developments fit well with neighborhood. He is concerned about the density and <br />heights of buildings, specifically the development just south of the old post office which <br />has 3-story apartments or condos. It replaced what was originally a mobile home park. <br />The other houses in the neighborhood are mostly one story houses and small <br />bungalows from the mining era of Louisville.
