Series 2014: <br />DELO Final PUD with four conditions. <br />Brauneis makes motion with all four conditions. Moline seconds the motion. <br /> says that the packet says the Resolution should be approved without <br />condition. Her name is Lauren Trice from Penn. She has an undergraduate <br />degree in Historic Preservation and a in City Planning and a in Urban <br />Design, and a Historic Preservation Master Certificate. She is exceptionally qualified. <br />There were 154 applicants and she was the #1 choice. Kurt Watson, Chairman of the <br />HPC, join us in the interview process. She will join us June 16, 2014. <br />
