He informed the Commission Staff is now using the City’s website for project <br />information and explained how this might affect ex-parte communication. He added the <br />Commission should not use this website for project information. <br />Russell asked for a clarification of staff’s request to not use the website. <br />Russ stated it is primarily because the information could change as the project is <br />shaped through the referral process. <br />Moline asked for more information about the new posting signs. <br />Russ stated we will have signs for a “Notice of Application” and “Public Hearing Notice”. <br />Both signs will be different colors to differentiate the process. <br />Brauneis asked if there could be a skeleton of the process as well put on the website. <br />Russ stated that was a great idea. <br />O’Connell stated she thought this was a great idea and very informative. <br />Pritchard inquired who all needed to take the open government training. <br />Russ stated he would send out an email to all who needs to attend. <br /> Public notice update <br /> <br /> <br />
