All <br />in favor. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br />APPROVAL OF BID AWARD - 1996 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM <br />AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE FOR BOARD VACANCY - 1 VACANCY - <br />LOUISVILLE RESOURCE CONSERVATION ADVISORY BOARD, ARTS & <br />HUMANITIES COUNCIL, LmRARY BOARD <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Kristen Mayer, 580 Wildrose, Louisville, Colorado, asked that the City put recycling bins in public <br />places like parks and at Harper Lake, so people could recycle instead of making more garbage. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that this would be referred to the recycling committee. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS <br />NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayer congratulated Lathrop on becoming a grandparent. He also congratulated Kristen Goodyear, <br />Louisville's 4th of July Coordinator, who had a baby the same day as the 4th of July Golf <br />Tournament. Three days later (July 4) she was at the park helping to direct activities with the help <br />of her mother and mother-in-law. He stated that the 4th of July celebration was outstanding with <br />excellent service under very difficult circumstances. <br /> <br />Davidson also thanked all of the volunteers for their work on the 4th of July and the American Legion <br />for the fireworks display. <br /> <br />Levihn reminded everyone of the concert series this Friday night at Cottonwood Park. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION OF NEW EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />Bruce Goodman, Chief of Police, introduced Police Officers Stacey French, Shad Watts, Mike <br />Abromowich, and Cristi Gordanier. <br /> <br />Dianne Ray, Finance Director, introduced Accountant I Leslie Brumage and Accounting Supervisor <br />David Sayers. <br /> <br />2 <br />
