<br />Sisk pointed out that the Finance Committee was talking about it stopping more than just a whistle- <br />stop, an extended stop. <br /> <br />Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />OTHER REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF AGENDA <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, pointed out the report on the PUD amendment for Eagle Hardware <br />for the installation of wall lights along the rear of the west building elevation that was in Council's <br />packet. He had also provided copies of the resolution that was considered and adopted by the <br />Boulder City Council regarding the Northwest Parkway. There was a meeting last fall, but City staff <br />had not received any contacts from the Chamber Task Force on Transportation regarding this matter. <br />He had included a copy of the Lafayette/Louisville Buffer Comprehensive Development Plan <br />Intergovernmental Agreement as it was passed by the Board of County Commissioners. Louisville <br />had received the signature copies and will be sending them on to Lafayette. In the packet was also <br />a letter from the County Attorney to the heirs of the Callahan property providing dialogue as to the <br />use of the land in the future. There was also a memorandum from Ronda Kelley, Management <br />Assistant regarding the activities of the Louisville Transportation Task force. Additionally, the City <br />had received signed copies of the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Boulder Valley School <br />District for the City Attorney and City Clerk's signatures. Simmons reviewed next week's Work <br />Session. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Davidson appointed Eileen Schmidt (Historical Commission) and Susan Morris (on the Council that <br />passed the IGA that resulted in that land being acquired) to the Louisville/Lafayette/Boulder County <br />Buffer Citizens Advisory Committee. <br /> <br />Mayer reported concerning the Consortium of Cities that every city except Superior had approved <br />the creation of the Transportation Task Force and the transportation study for Boulder County. In <br />the meeting with RTD and the Transportation Task Force, RTD indicated that they may be willing <br />to take the amount Louisville gets for the 228 route and apply that to the circulator. <br /> <br />8 <br />
