Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 21, 2014 <br />Page 7 of 8 <br />Stewart seconded. <br />The motion passed by voice vote 4 to 0. <br />Discussion — Bylaws <br />Stewart recommended tabling this until Watson comes back. <br />Fahey agreed and recommended the City Attorney should be present for the discussion. <br />Robinson stated the City Attorney will review the bylaws but he doesn't think the City Attorney <br />should be present. <br />Fahey made a motion to table this item to August. <br />Stewart seconded the motion. <br />Motion approved by voice vote 4 to 0. <br />Discussion — Outreach materials. <br />Trice stated she is working on the Junior Preservation Program and how to weave that into <br />elementary school curriculum. She also stated she is looking into the website. She added she <br />is also working with Fasick on energy audits. <br />Haley stated she likes this as an ongoing update item. <br />Committee Reports — none <br />Update on Demolition Requests - 816 Main <br />Robinson stated the applicant has withdrawn his application for demolition because he <br />is currently in the process of purchasing the property. <br />Stewart stated he would like Jim Cowen to know the subcommittee is still available for <br />discussion. <br />Update on Alteration Certificate Requests — none <br />Discussion /Comments on Planning Department Referrals — none <br />Updates — Preservation Master Plan <br />Robinson stated he and Trice have received a proposal from the University of Colorado <br />Denver and are currently under review. <br />Stewart asked if there was any schedule established. <br />
