<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1223, SERIES 1996 - ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE KNOWN AS THE KREUTZMAN ANNEXATION - .67 <br />ACRES NORTH OF THE BELLA VISTA SUBDIVISION - 2ND READING - <br />PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES - 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, & 7/27/96) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1223, Series 1996, "An ordinance zoning property annexed <br />to the City of Louisville and known as the Kreutzman Annexation. " <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1223. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments or motions. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1223, Series 1996 on second and final reading. <br />Seconded by Sisk. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 5 - 0 vote with Lathrop being excused <br />and Howard being absent. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 48, SERIES 1996 - FINAL SUBDMSION PLAT AND PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE KREUTZMAN PROPERTY - JOHNSON <br />MEADOWS <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 48, Series 1996, Final Subdivision Plat and PUD <br />Development Plan for Johnson Meadows with condition NO.1 and the added condition that the <br />caliper of the trees be 2".. Seconded by Levihn. All in favor with Lathrop being excused and <br />Howard being absent. <br /> <br />JOHNSON ANNEXATION <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1224, SERIES 1996 - APPROVING AND ANNEXATION KNOWN <br />AS mE JOHNSON ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br />- 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, & <br />7/27/96) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1224, Series 1996, "An ordinance approving an annexation, <br />known as the Johnson Annexation, to the City of Louisville, Colorado." <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, combined his comments on Ordinances No. 1224 and 1225. He stated <br />that the property is located at 1326 So. 96th Street and is 14.4 acres. Ordinance No. 1225 provided <br />that the property be zoned agriculture.
