ORDINANCE NO. 1223, SERIES 1996 - ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE KNOWN AS THE KREUTZMAN ANNEXATION - .67 ACRES NORTH OF THE BELLA VISTA SUBDIVISION - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES - 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, & 7/27/96) Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1223, Series 1996, "An ordinance zoning property annexed to the City of Louisville and known as the Kreutzman Annexation. " Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1223. NONE Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments or motions. Mayer moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1223, Series 1996 on second and final reading. Seconded by Sisk. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 5 - 0 vote with Lathrop being excused and Howard being absent. RESOLUTION NO. 48, SERIES 1996 - FINAL SUBDMSION PLAT AND PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE KREUTZMAN PROPERTY - JOHNSON MEADOWS Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 48, Series 1996, Final Subdivision Plat and PUD Development Plan for Johnson Meadows with condition NO.1 and the added condition that the caliper of the trees be 2".. Seconded by Levihn. All in favor with Lathrop being excused and Howard being absent. JOHNSON ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 1224, SERIES 1996 - APPROVING AND ANNEXATION KNOWN AS mE JOHNSON ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, & 7/27/96) Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1224, Series 1996, "An ordinance approving an annexation, known as the Johnson Annexation, to the City of Louisville, Colorado." Paul Wood, Planning Director, combined his comments on Ordinances No. 1224 and 1225. He stated that the property is located at 1326 So. 96th Street and is 14.4 acres.
