Resolution No. 23, Series 1998, Conoco, Inc., 520 McCaslin Boulevard, <br />Amended Final PUD Development Plan to install an internally illuminated 7" <br />red band around the bottom of the canopy; modify car wash sign; and <br />modify pump toppers. <br /> <br />Staff Certification/Planning Commission Disclosures: <br /> <br />Manjeet Ranu, Planner I, certified that public notice was published in the Louisville Times on May <br />2, 1998, and posted in City Hall and mailed to adjacent property owners on May 1, 1998. <br /> <br />Staff Report and Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Manjeet Ranu gave a brief description regarding the details of this matter. In summary, Staff is <br />recommending that the pump identifiers shall not be internally illuminated; the car wash sign be <br />modified to project only 8 inches from the building face; and the third condition in the resolution, <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
