Final PUD Development Plan and Subdivision Plat for a <br />13,000 S.F. office building. <br /> <br />Staff requests a continuance to the February 8, 2000, Planning Commission meeting. <br />Paul Wood stated that this item was removed from the agenda on Friday due to <br />calculation errors in the drainage plan. Public Works was not comfortable that it <br />could be moved forward as a final and approved drainage plan. <br /> <br />Jeff Lipton moved that the two items be continued to the February 8, 2000, meeting. <br />Seconded by Chris Pritchard. All members were in favor. <br /> <br />C. Resolution No. 1, Series 2000, Bowes Property located at Southeast corner of <br />th <br />S. 88 Street and Dillon Road. Consideration of an Ordinance annexing and <br />zoning the property Restricted Rural Residential. <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Director of Planning, certified that public notice was published in the Daily Camera <br />on Sunday, December 26, 1999, posted in City Hall and mailed to surrounding property owners <br />on December 23, 1999, and physically posted 15 days prior to the hearing. All Planning <br />Commissioners verified that they were familiar with or had visited the site. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Mr. Wood stated that the Planning Commission did take action on this same request on <br />November 9, 1999, at which time Planning Commission forwarded to City Council a <br />recommendation of approval of the zoning. That zoning was Restricted Rural Residential. This is <br />the same matter before the Planning Commission at this time.
