<br /> <br />Staff Summary: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone stated that Staff is recommending approval with three conditions. <br /> <br />Applicant Summary: <br /> <br />Mr. Maddox stated that they will remove the glass if the Commission would like it to be removed. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed / Commission Comments / Vote: <br /> <br />Commissioner McAvinew is in favor of leaving the glass as it is. He feels it breaks up the front. <br />McAvinew asked that the Staff not use the word mulch for rock. <br /> <br />Commissioner Lipton does not like the glass because it goes to the top to the roofline. Lipton <br />agrees that the glass should go up to the first set of concrete and then it would look better. <br /> <br />Motion made by Jeff Lipton to approve Resolution No. 2, Series 2000, with the three conditions <br />proposed by Staff and a forth condition stating that the glass panel above the entry way extend <br />only to the height of the first revel. Seconded by Tom McAvinew. <br /> <br />Patricia Thompson made a friendly amendment that it be 1- to 3- inch crushed granite for the <br />rock.
