Seconded by Bill McDermott. <br /> <br />All Commissioners were in favor. <br /> <br />Chairman Lipton deferred the April 11, 2000, meeting minutes until later in the <br />agenda. <br /> <br /> <br />B.Resolution No. 12, Series 2000, Public Service Company, Special Review Use <br />to upgrade that portion of the Valmont to Broomfield 115 (kV) overhead <br />electric transmission line which is located within the City of Louisville. The <br />right of way is 75 feet wide and runs north-south through the city, <br />approximately ½ mile east of McCaslin Boulevard. <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the initial public notice was established through the <br />publication in the Daily Camera on March 26, 2000, for the April 11, 2000, meeting at which time <br />the Commission directed that the public hearing remain open. <br /> <br />Chairman Lipton entered the e-mails and regular mail that were submitted to the Planning <br />Division subsequent to the Commissioner’s receipt of their packet regarding this hearing into the <br />record. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Mr. Wood presented the details of this matter as stated in the Staff report. <br /> <br />Commission Disclosure: <br /> <br />Commissioner Kalish disclosed that she has received a copy of the flyer at her home regarding this <br />issue. <br /> <br />Commission Questions: <br />None. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br /> <br />th <br />Michael Diehl, Principal Agent for Public Service Company of Colorado, 550 15 Street, Denver, <br />Colorado 80202.
