<br /> <br />Lipton questioned the color selection, specifically around the overhead doors. He would like to see the <br />dark trim removed. <br /> <br />Pritchard asked numerous questions regarding the truck bay: 1) what are expected delivery times; 2) <br />does the company work shifts; 3) what size are the delivery trucks. <br /> <br />Graham Benes, 2450 S. Downing St, Denver, CO provided the following information. United <br />Refrigeration is a mechanical supplier. This location will not serve as a major distributor but as a <br />warehouse pick-up. The delivery trucks will not be the large semi-tractor/trailers. Delivery times are <br />likely to be during the day with no long stays by the trucks. <br /> <br />Pritchard asked if the overhead doors could be modified to lessen the appearance of doors. <br /> <br />Benes replied that it might be possible to change the trim color. <br /> <br />McDermott suggested that the trim of the doors either be removed or painted the same color as the <br />door. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed Commission Comments: Lipton closed the Public Hearing and asked for <br />Commission Comments. <br /> <br />McAvinew would like to minimize the outline of the garage door. <br /> <br />McDermott agrees with McAvinew. <br /> <br />Lipton agrees with McAvinew. <br /> <br />Pritchard agrees with all three Commissioners. <br /> <br />McAvinew moved the approval of the application for United Refrigeration with seven (7) conditions. <br />The seventh condition should address the overhead door color and/or trim.
