Case #02-005-FS. <br /> <br /> <br />Case Manager: Jeffery Martell, Planner II <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant and Owner: Todd and Calla Lovrien <br /> <br />Kalish reviewed the cases that are tentatively scheduled for April 23 and May 14. <br /> <br /> <br />9.Staff Comments <br /> <br />Staff reminded the Commissioners that DRCOG is holding a training session and they were provided with <br />the details of that training in their meeting packets. If any member of the commission is planning to attend <br />they would notify Jolene Schwertfeger as soon as possible so the registration can be paid. <br /> <br />Staff announced the Open House for the Highway 42 Revitalization Area will be held on May 8 in Council <br />Chambers. There will be no formal presentations but time for staff and residents to review on an informal <br />basis. <br /> <br />10. Planning Commission Comments <br /> <br />Kalish reported she will not be available for the meeting on April 23. McDermott reported he will be able to <br />attend but will arrive late, approximately 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The Commissioners discussed the purpose of a Study Session and they support of use of the time for <br />program development, i.e. Comprehensive Plan, Long Range Plan, etc. They would like to have the date <br />not used for an overflow meeting, if at all possible. <br /> <br /> <br />11.
