<br /> <br />Staff Summary and Recommendation: <br /> <br />Martell reported that Staff is recommending approval with 1 condition. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed Commission Comments: <br /> <br />Kalish closed the public hearing and requested comments from the Commissioners. <br /> <br />rd <br />McDermott moved and Mahoney seconded the motion to continue the case to the April 23 meeting. <br />Kalish asked for discussion of the motion. <br /> <br />Robson supports the motion and requests that the applicant come prepared to answer the <br />Commissioners questions regarding drop off and pick up of staff. He also stated that the studio is a <br />good use of the space. <br /> <br />McDermott, Pritchard and Mahoney had no comments. <br /> <br />Kalish stated that she supports the motion. She also stated that it is a creative use of space, a good <br />plan. She also requested that the applicant look at how other dance studios handled the drop off and <br />pick up area, as well as their hours of operation. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: Debra Kalish, Yes; Alicia Mahoney, Yes; Bill McDermott, Yes; Chris Pritchard, Yes; <br />Scott Robson, Yes. Commissioners Lipton and McAvinew were absent. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />7. The following items are tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, April 23, 2002 <br /> <br /> Ordinance No. 1376, Series 2002 <br />, an ordinance amending certain parking requirements for <br />freestanding buildings within downtown Louisville and adjusting the downtown parking <br />improvement fee. <br /> <br /> Ordinance No. 1377, Series 2002 <br />, an ordinance amending Chapter 17.28 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code to provide procedures for administrative review of requests for extension of the <br />time limit on approval of final development plans for commercial and industrial PUDS. <br /> <br /> Coal Creek Collision Center <br />, a preliminary planned unit development and a special review use <br />for an auto body shop in an Industrial (I) zoned district.
