The second notice was required to <br />advertise for this as a Special Review Use in addition to the PUD. All Planning Commissioners <br />verified that they were familiar with the site. <br /> <br />Staff Report: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone stated that this is a request for a Preliminary PUD approval and also for <br />consideration of the Special Review Use for a gas station, car wash and Grease Monkey. Mr. <br />Johnstone stated that there would be no final action taken on the Special Review Use at this time, <br />it would only be comments.
