<br /> <br />Motion made by Sarah Klahn to continue this application to December 8, 1998, Lot 11, Block 1, <br />CTC, 1st Filing Sanders Plumbing, informal review of Final PUD Development Plan for an office <br />and plumbing supply warehouse. Seconded by Jeff Lipton. <br /> <br />Unanimous voice vote to continue. <br /> <br />D. Resolution No. 62, Series 1998, Lot 1, Block 2, The Park at CTC, CG Press, <br />Final PUD Development Plan for office, production and warehouse printing <br />facility. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Certification/Planning Commission Disclosures: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone stated that this Public Hearing was continued from the October 13, 1998, <br />commission meeting at Staff’s request. Public Notice was published in the Louisville Times and <br />mailed to surrounding property owners. All Commissioners were familiar with the site. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation of Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone stated that this is the first site specific Final PUD that the Commission has seen for <br />the Park at CTC. The subdivision and overall Final PUD has been approved as have the <br />construction plans for Phase I public improvements. Mr. Johnstone presented the details of this <br />matter as presented in the staff report. <br /> <br />Commission Questions: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br /> <br />Garth Braun, Garth Braun Associates, 954 Pearl Street, Boulder, representing CG Press. Mr. <br />Braun asked Terry O’Connor to comment on the plans that he has reviewed. Terry O’Connor, <br />O’Connor Development, 287 Century Park Place, Louisville, Developer of the Park. Mr. <br />O’Connor reiterated that they are asking for an improved, enhanced architectural look for the <br />Park. He is particularly concerned with how the corner lots will look which will enter The Park. <br />Mr. O’Connor feels that CG Press has achieved the look that he would like to see at the entrance <br />of The Park. <br /> <br />Julie Boston, owner of CG Press, gave a brief description of the operations of CG Press and their <br />goals when the relocate to The Park at CTC. <br /> <br />Garth Braun presented the architectural details of this project by using a 3-D model. Mr. Braun <br />described the details of this application. Mr. Braun commented on most of the Staff’s conditions <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br />
