Seconded by Patricia Thompson. <br />Unanimous voice vote to approve. 4:0 <br /> <br /> <br />E.Resolution No. 28, Series 1999, Replat B, Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 2, Business <br />Center at CTC, Final PUD and Final Plat for 110,000 square feet of <br />speculative, multi-tenant, light industrial space in three buildings. <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone, Principle Planner, certified that public notice was published in the Daily Camera <br />on Saturday, May 22, 1999, and mailed to surrounding property owners and posted in City Hall <br />on May 21. All Planning Commissioners verified that they were familiar with the site. <br /> <br />Staff Report and Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Ken Johnstone presented the details of this matter as stated in the staff report. <br /> <br />A memo from City Engineer, Craig Kitzman, addressed to Planning Director, Paul Wood, was <br />added as an additional condition regarding storm sewer piping that will need to be added to the <br />Final PUD. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnstone stated that Staff is recommending approval of the final plat and final PUD <br />development with 22 conditions. The Commission may approve, disapprove or continue the <br />application. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
