<br />Solek would like to have a variety of tree types as a condition. <br /> <br />Chairman Boulet would like to have the color toned down as well. He likes the project. <br /> <br />Staff Summary: <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 34, Series 1999, for the Final PUD with 11 <br />conditions. <br /> <br />Applicant Summary: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed/Commission Comments: <br /> <br />Motion made by Commissioner Solek to approve Resolution No. 34, Series 1999, approving <br />Subdivision Replat ‘A’ of the Business Center at CTC, a replat of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 7, <br />Business Center at CTC, conditions 1-11 as written by Staff. Condition 12 to read, “Apply a <br />complimentary base color in earth tones other than brown and a toned down muted white.” <br />Condition 13, “Substitute shrubs for frobal spirea shown on landscape plan to provide variety of <br />heights and seasonal interest. Substitute a variety of trees for Superform Maple and Austrian Pine to <br />provide diversity of vegetation to resist tree diseases.” Seconded by Jeff Lipton. <br /> <br />Jeff Lipton added a friendly amendment to Condition No. 6 to read, “A note shall be added to the <br />PUD saying that a minimum parking ratio of 2 spaces per 1000 s.f. shall be maintained for Building <br />A, while not reducing the proposed landscape coverage.” Accepted by Betty Solek. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> Jeff Lipton, Yes; Patricia Thompson, Yes; Betty Solek, Yes; Chris Pritchard, Yes; <br />Bill Boulet, Yes.
