Resolution No. 43, Series 1999, Blockbuster Entertainment, 980 Dillon Road, <br />Special Review Use for an Audio/Video sales and rental facility, in part of the <br />multi-tenant building approved for lot 6B, Centennial Valley, Parcel H. <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Director of Planning, certified that public notice was published in the Daily Camera <br />on Saturday, August 28, 1999, posted in City Hall and mailed to surrounding property owners on <br />Friday, August 27, 1999. All Planning Commissioners verified that they were familiar with the <br />site. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Mr. Wood presented the details of this matter as stated in the Staff report. Staff has prepared two <br />resolutions for the Planning Commissions review. The first Resolution is 43A recommending <br />disapproval of this application and 43B which consists of findings for approval and conditions of <br />approval.
