<br /> <br />Commissioner McAvinew stated that the issue before the pc is for zoning. It is up to the Council. <br /> Can’t make a recommendation. In favor of triple R as stated. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pritchard agrees that this is not the P.C. s responsibility at this time. <br /> <br />Commissioner Solek stated that TDR’s can be reviewed put is an infill piece of property at this <br />time. Bring houses closer to Monarch Lot of questions that will not be resolved Will look at <br />density differences???? <br /> <br />Commissioner Boulet stated that it needs to be established in some way what <br /> <br />Not here to review the PUD and the toatlity of the project. Don’t know what the trade-offs are. <br />Does not preclude zoning which is less dense. IGA not a zoned district only a limit as to what the <br />jurisdictions can entertain. <br /> <br />Commissioner Thompson will vote on RRR zoning. <br /> <br />Commissioner Lipton they can come back on PUD and ask for relief of density. <br /> <br />Motion made by Betty Solek to approve Resolution No. 50, Series 1999, a resolution approving <br />an Amended Final PUD Development Plan for Omni Promotional, LLC, on Lot 1, Block 2, <br />Business Center at CTC with one condition, that the green color proposed at the base of the <br />building be eliminated and replaced with diplomat blue and the red color proposed for the awning <br />and railing be replaced with green. Seconded by Patricia Thompson. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Patricia Thompson, Yes; Chris Pritchard, Yes; Betty Solek, Yes; Tom <br />McAvinew,Yes; Bill Boulet, Yes. Motion passes 5:0. <br /> <br /> <br />D. Resolution No. 50, Series 1999, Lot 8, Block 2, Colorado Tech Center, First <br />Filing, Final PUD Development Plan for a speculative office, manufacturing, <br />R&D, and warehouse building. <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Manjeet Ranu, Planner I, certified that public notice was published in the Daily Camera on <br />Saturday, September 25, 1999, posted in City Hall and mailed to surrounding property owners on <br />Friday, September 24, 1999.
