<br />Commissioner Pritchard does not think that this site is able to handle a remote drop box. He does not <br />want to see any satellites or antennas on the rooftops. <br /> <br />Motion and Vote: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 43, Series 1999 <br />Motion made by Jeff Lipton to approve , with the three Staff <br />conditions and adding a forth, “That this SRU will be granted to the applicant only.” Seconded by <br />Tom McAvinew. <br /> <br />A substitute motion was proposed by Bill Boulet which includes all of those conditions as mentioned <br />by Jeff, but with the additional condition that the Blockbuster meet the requirements of the PUD for <br />its signage. Accepted by Jeff Lipton, NOT accepted by Tom McAvinew, he would like to have it <br />made as a substitute motion. <br /> <br />A substitute motion made by Bill Boulet with the conditions as proposed by the movant and seconder <br />and with the additional condition that the Blockbuster meet the requirements for its signage. Accepted <br />by Jeff Lipton. <br /> <br />Mr. Wood asked for a point of clarification. Would this motion approve the letters to be either white <br />or garnet, which are the approved colors.
