<br />Approved – September 18, 2003 <br />Scott Robson complement the staff that the successfully took the recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission and completed a final Comprehensive Plan that can be taken to City Council for their <br />approval. <br /> <br />McDermott agreed with Robson and added that the plan is very readable in the present form. <br /> <br />Kalish had no additional comments. <br /> <br />Lipton had no additional comments. <br /> <br />Tom McAvinew had no additional comments. <br /> <br />Susan Loo had no additional comments. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> <br />Lipton called for a motion to approval Resolution 14, Series 2003 a resolution recommending approval <br />of the Highway 42 Revitalization Area Comprehensive Plan Amendment. Chris Pritchard not in attendance. <br /> <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 15, Series 2003, Moffitt Lofts and Marketplace, <br /> 625 Main St., Lot 23, Block <br />5, Town of Louisville, a final planned unit development (PUD) development plan and special <br />review use (SRU) to allow a two-story building for mixed use of first floor retail (4380 SF) and <br />second floor living space (5520 SF) for a total of 9900 SF. Meade <br /> <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br />Lipton requested the Commissioners to disclose conflicts of interest. None were given. <br /> <br />Public Notice Certification: <br />Lipton requested of Staff public notice verification. Paul Wood, Planning Director and case manager <br />stated that the Public Notice was published in the Boulder Daily Camera on June 29, 2003 and mailed to <br />the surrounding property owners and posted in City Hall on June 27, 2003. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Mr. Wood had two letters, one from Chad Sholders and the other from Alicia Mahoney representing the <br />Historic Preservation Commission, which needed to be entered into record. Kalish moved that they be <br />entered into public record, seconded by McDermott. Voice vote passed. <br /> <br />Wood reported that the case before the Commission is a final PUD Development Plan and a Special <br />Review Use for the Moffitt Building and Lofts. The Preliminary hearing was held on June 10, and the <br />Commission approved the preliminary application with six conditions. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />
