<br />Approved – September 18, 2003 <br />McAvinew closed the public hearing and requested discussion by the Commissioners. <br /> <br />Loo supports the proposal. The class size should be limited to 24. The location in an industrial <br />area is not a problem. <br /> <br />McDermott likes the location and supports the project. <br /> <br />Pritchard supports the project, feels that the need for this type of program is in the community. <br />He reminded the Staff and the applicant that his one concern will always remain in the safety for <br />the children in the drop off area. <br /> <br />McAvinew feels that Staff and the Applicant have addressed the number of students per class <br />adequately. He supports the project. <br /> <br />Kalish supports the project and believes that they have demonstrated this evening that they have <br />addressed the safety concern of their students. <br /> <br />Robson supports the project and reminded the Staff to check out the availability of the bike rack. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />McAvinew called for a motion to approval Resolution 18, Series 2003 as prepared by Staff. <br />McDermott so moved. Seconded by Pritchard. <br /> <br />Tom McAvinew, Yes; Debra Kalish, Yes; Susan Loo, Yes; Bill McDermott, Yes; Chris Pritchard, <br />Yes; and Scott Robson, Yes. Jeff Lipton was not in attendance. <br /> <br /> <br />6. The following items are tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, September 9, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />McAvinew requested a brief summary from Staff regarding the agenda for the September 9, 2003 <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 10, Series 2003, Washington Mutual Bank in Louisville Plaza, <br /> an <br />amended final PUD development plan to add a remote drive-up ATM machine for <br />Washington Mutual in the Louisville Plaza parking lot, 1355 South Boulder Road, Unit <br />A.
