Regular Business - Items Recommended for Continuance/Withdrawal <br /> <br /> Mountain Gymnastics at Flatirons <br />, a special review use request for a children’s <br />activities center focusing on teaching gymnastic, dance and related activities. (Applicant requests withdrawal.) <br /> <br /> <br />Case Manager: Kenneth Johnstone, Principal Planner <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant/: Mountain Gymnastics Training Center, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />Contact: Anna Baretta, Ron Baretta <br /> <br /> <br />Owner: O’Rourke Family, LLC. <br /> <br /> <br />Contact: John O’Rourke <br /> <br />McAvinew asked for staff comment regarding the withdrawal of the Mountain Gymnastics <br />project. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, explained that the project was originally planned for a specific <br />location in the Colorado Tech Center but the negotiations for that property have not been <br />successful there and the case is being withdrawn. A new application has come forward at a new <br />location, which is on the agenda for the December 9 meeting. <br /> <br />McDermott moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to accept the withdrawal of the project. <br /> <br />Motion passed by unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />5B. Regular Business – Public Hearing Items <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 23, Series 2003, Spruce Street Apartment Subdivision <br />(aka Hu <br /> <br />Subdivision),a preliminary subdivision plat request to subdivide a tract of land into 3 <br />residential development parcels located in the East Louisville Subdivision, 1190-1210 E. <br />Spruce Street, Parcel A, Parcel B, Parcel C and a portion of Track 2568 in East Louisville <br />Subdivision.
