Regular Business – Public Hearing Items <br /> <br />The following public hearing agenda items are continued from six previous Planning <br />Commission Public Hearings (Thursday, September 18, 2003; Tuesday, September 23, 2003; <br />Tuesday, October 14, 2003; Thursday, October 23, 2003; Tuesday, October 28, 2003 and <br />Thursday, November 13, 2003). <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 20, Series 2003 (zoning) and Resolution No. 21, Series 2003 <br /> <br />(rezoning), StorageTek Site Redevelopment, <br />a request to rezone approximately 310 <br />acres from the current zoning designation of Industrial (I) and zone 80 additional acres <br />proposed for annexation to Planned Community Zone District (PCZD) to <br />accommodate a variety of mixed uses, including office, retail/commercial, research and <br />development, single and multi-family residential and open space, One StorageTek Dr., <br />th <br />approximately 390 acres at the NW corner of US 36 and StorageTek Dr./96 St. <br />Case #03-016-ZN and #03-015-AX/ZN. <br /> <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br /> <br />Lipton asked if any of the Commissioners had any conflict of interests or disclosures. <br /> <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Lipton asked Staff for public notice certification. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, reported that no new notification was required because the hearing <br />was a continued item of business from previous meetings. He stated that the notice was reposted <br />in City Hall, the Library and the Recreation Center. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Lipton asked if Staff had any new facts and issues to report. <br /> <br />Wood had no new information to report. <br /> <br />Members of the Public: <br /> <br />Lipton asked if any member of the audience had come to speak. <br /> <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br /> <br />Lipton requested that the applicant continue with a District-by-District review of the General <br />Development Plan as it relates to the specifics of the zoning and rezoning request. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />
