However, the lot <br />depths for this particular block 5 were established at 114.5 feet. Also, the alley on the west side <br />of this block was platted at 7.34 feet and is currently used for an irrigation ditch and does not <br />present the opportunity of vehicular access. <br /> <br />Johnstone detailed the property as followed: <br />533 and 537 Lincoln Ave. <br /> <br /> <br />Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 5, Acme Place <br /> <br /> <br />Two separate residential structures <br /> <br /> <br />Owners reside in 537 Lincoln and rent 533 Lincoln <br /> <br /> <br />A single parcel since 1945 <br /> <br /> <br />The two structures have separate accounts for all utilities, including gas/electric, <br /> <br /> <br />phone, sewer and water. <br /> <br /> <br />
