All are planning to attend. <br /> <br /> <br />7.Discussion / Update <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Citywide Comprehensive Plan – progress report <br />Wood: Reviewed a flyer that has been developed by staff that will be used to advertise the June <br />30 Open House. <br /> <br />Loo: <br /> Can Commissioners come to the workshop? <br />Kalish: <br /> Yes. <br />Wood: It will be posted and you should feel free to attend. <br />McDermott: <br /> When are we having our first Planning Commission and Consultant meeting? <br />th <br />Wood: None have been set but when we have a meeting we will hold them on the 4 Tuesday <br />which is the regular Study Session date for Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />8.Staff Comments <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />9.Planning Commission Comments <br /> <br />Pritchard: <br /> Have we have any traffic issues with the intersection where McDonalds is located. I <br />have personally counted 17 cars queued at that stop sign. <br />Lipton: <br /> City Council is asking staff to identify the five worst intersections. <br />Wood: Not aware but will follow up with Public Works. <br />Lipton: <br /> I will follow up with Bill Simmons, City Manager. <br />McAvinew: <br /> Add the intersection of Pine and Front to that list. <br />Lipton: Via Appia and Pine <br /> <br /> <br />10.Adjournment <br /> Pritchard moved; Kalish seconded a motion to adjourn.
