Posted in <br />City Hall and mailed to surrounding property owners on November 23, 2004. <br /> <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: None <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: Wood provided the following summary of the project: <br />Reviewed action by City Council in September 2004 regarding the amendment to the <br /> <br /> <br />underlying Faber Annexation Agreement and its relationship to this project. <br />Approval of the amendment increases the overall number of dwelling units <br /> <br /> <br />from two to a total of three. <br />The original Lot 1 will become two lots: replat Lot 1 and replat Lot 2. <br /> <br /> <br />The property owner will convey to the City a conservation easement over the <br /> <br /> <br />westernmost 1.5 acres and would grant to the City a perpetual and irrevocable <br />deed conservation easement for the westernmost 1.5 acres with Replat Lot 1. <br />Currently zoned Residential Rural (RR) <br /> <br /> <br />Reviewed the three requests and reminded the Commissioners that they would be <br /> <br /> <br />considering all three with the same resolution. <br />Final PUD development plan which is also seeking a zoning relief from the <br /> <br /> <br />minimum lot width and lot depth ratio for replat Lot 2. <br />Subdivision Replat <br /> <br /> <br />Recommend on a right of way vacation ordinance to City Council. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the Boulder View Subdivision, Replat A, a final PUD <br />development plan for Boulder View Subdivision, Replat A, and a right-of-way vacation of a <br />portion of the Continental View Drive right-or-way subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1.The effective date of the subdivision replat approval will not occur prior to the effective <br />date of the right-of-way vacation ordinance.
