Notice was reposted at the four required <br />sites. <br /> <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: None heard <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Johnstone provided a brief summary of the requested changes to the site plan per the request of <br />the Planning Commission at the January 13, 2005 public hearing. The building itself remains <br />largely unchanged, though some additional detailing has been added to the new south elevation, <br />given its visibility from South Boulder Rd. <br /> <br />Staff continues to support the application with six recommended conditions of approval. Three <br />of those are repeated from the previous hearing and three are new, including a condition <br />recommending an additional architectural detail on the east elevation, a second condition <br />rd <br />recommending a reduction in overall site lighting and a 3 condition suggesting that some tint be <br />added to the window glazing to further soften the view into the auto service activities. <br /> <br />Commission Questions: None heard. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br />Jeff Pedersen, Overway & Pedersen Architects, 1675 Larimer St., Denver, CO 80202 stated that <br />he is pleased with the changes and is requesting approval. <br /> <br />Members of the Public: None heard. <br /> <br />Staff and Applicant Summary and Recommendation: No additional information. <br /> <br />Commission Questions: <br />Loo noted a change to the signage plan sheet 3.8 that needed some minor changes and requested <br />those be corrected before submitting to City Council. <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
