They agreed on the following: <br /> <br />1)Compliance with the current PUD. <br /> <br />a.On street parking or storage of employee or patron vehicles is prohibited. <br /> <br />b.All inoperable or wrecked vehicles shall be parked indoors or in the <br />screened impound areas. <br /> <br />2)A parking plan for the time of construction. <br />Lipton reminded the Commissioner that they have not seen the architectural design <br />elements for the new building.
