Case #05-016-FS  Applicant, Owner and Representative: Edward Connolly  Case Manager: Kenneth Johnstone, Principal Planner th City of Louisville, S. 96 Street Annexation #3, an initial Agricultural (A) zoning for right-of-way purposes associated with the road improvements at th the southeast corner of S. 96 St. and Dillon Road. Case #05-017-AN/ZN  Applicant and Owner: City of Louisville  Representative: Craig Kitzman, Public Works Dept.  Case Manager: Paul Wood, Planning Director Wood reported that all items are on track for the August 11, 2005 public hearing and with the addition of the two items from this meeting the Commission will have a full agenda. Staff Comments Wood reviewed the progress that City Council has made toward the approval of the Comprehensive Plan. He stated that the Comp Plan is tentatively scheduled for adoption by the Council on August 16, 2005. Planning Commission Comments Loo acknowledged that the City of Louisville ranked 5th in the country by Money Magazine. She thanked the Planning Department and the former Planning Commission members for their work because that ranking is reflective of the planning done by the City. McAvinew requested that staff report a vehicle that has been parked at the corner of Lois Dr. and Hoover for approximately a month. Lipton advised McAvinew to discuss his concern with the Code Enforcement Officers. Dalton inquired when the Commission would begin to work on two projects that they had previously identified: signage and building height. Lipton stated that the Staff should complete the work on the Comprehensive Plan with City Council before starting additional long term projects such as signage and building height limitations. Adjourn – Pritchard moved and Dalton seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. Lipton adjourned the meeting at 8:35 PM.
