Case #05-017-AN/ZN <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant and Owner: City of Louisville <br /> <br /> <br />Representative: Craig Kitzman, Public Works Dept. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Case Manager: Paul Wood, Planning Director <br />Wood reported that all items are on track for the August 11, 2005 public hearing and with <br />the addition of the two items from this meeting the Commission will have a full agenda. <br />Staff Comments <br />Wood reviewed the progress that City Council has made toward the approval of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. He stated that the Comp Plan is tentatively scheduled for adoption <br /> <br />by the Council on August 16, 2005. <br />Planning Commission Comments <br />Loo acknowledged that the City of Louisville ranked 5th in the country by Money <br />Magazine. She thanked the Planning Department and the former Planning Commission <br />members for their work because that ranking is reflective of the planning done by the <br />City. <br />McAvinew requested that staff report a vehicle that has been parked at the corner of Lois <br />Dr. and Hoover for approximately a month. <br />Lipton advised McAvinew to discuss his concern with the Code Enforcement Officers. <br />Dalton inquired when the Commission would begin to work on two projects that they had <br />previously identified: signage and building height. <br />Lipton stated that the Staff should complete the work on the Comprehensive Plan with <br />City Council before starting additional long term projects such as signage and building <br />height limitations. <br />Adjourn <br /> – Pritchard moved and Dalton seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />Lipton adjourned the meeting at 8:35 PM. <br />
