Assist. <br />Approval of Agenda <br /> – Dalton moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to approve the <br />agenda. Motion passed by voice vote. <br />Approval of Minutes – <br />Pritchard moved and Sheets seconded a motion to approve the <br />minutes of the September 8, 2005 PC public hearing. Motion passed by voice vote. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br /> – none <br />Regular Business – Items Recommended for Withdrawal <br /> <br /> <br />The Residence at Balfour, LLC <br />, a final planned unit development (PUD) <br />development plan, minor subdivision replat and easement vacation ordinance <br />to develop a 2.78 acre site at the southeast corner of the intersection of S.H. 42 <br />and Hecla Drive with five (5) new multi-family, age-restricted residential <br />buildings containing a total of 23 one-story and two-story attached living <br />units. 1310 and 1336 Hecla Drive, Lots 4 and 5, Alvenus Park. Case #05-012- <br />FP. (Continued from July 14 and September 8, 2005.
