Posted in City Hall, the Louisville Public Library, the Recreation Center and the Courts and Police Department Building and mailed to the surrounding property owners on August 19, 2005. The hearing was originally scheduled for September 8, 2005 but was continued to October 13, 2005 meeting. The agenda was posted on the City’s web site and at City Hall, the Louisville Public Library, the Recreation Center and the Courts and Police Department Building on October 7, 2005. Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: None heard. Staff Report of Facts and Issues: Wood reviewed the following points of the October 13, 2005 Staff Report:  Authorization of a final PUD, final Subdivision Plat and the vacation of a 25’ utility easement to construct a two story, 30,8476 SF expansion, which will add hospital support functions in the basement level and up to six new operating rooms on the main level.  The proposed plat simply renumbers the lots to clarify the numbering order crated by Filing #6.  The subdivision replat does not trigger any obligations for the construction of public improvements.  Points discussed for the PUD development plan included: parking, grading, architecture, landscaping and lighting.
