Case #05- <br />016-FS (Continued from August 11 and September 8, 2005.) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant, Owner and Representative: Edward Connolly <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Case Manager: Kenneth Johnstone, Principal Planner <br />Johnstone stated that the applicant for the Connolly Subdivision was not present and <br />requested that the Avista Hospital application be heard first since those applicants are <br />present. Posted in City Hall, the Louisville <br />Public Library, the Recreation Center and the Courts and Police Department Building and <br />mailed to the surrounding property owners on August 19, 2005. The hearing was <br />originally scheduled for September 8, 2005 but was continued to October 13, 2005 <br />meeting. The agenda was posted on the City’s web site and at City Hall, the Louisville <br />Public Library, the Recreation Center and the Courts and Police Department Building on <br />October 7, 2005. <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: None heard. <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Wood reviewed the following points of the October 13, 2005 Staff Report: <br /> <br /> <br />Authorization of a final PUD, final Subdivision Plat and the vacation of a 25’ <br />utility easement to construct a two story, 30,8476 SF expansion, which will add <br />hospital support functions in the basement level and up to six new operating <br />rooms on the main level. <br /> <br /> <br />The proposed plat simply renumbers the lots to clarify the numbering order crated <br />by Filing #6. <br /> <br /> <br />The subdivision replat does not trigger any obligations for the construction of <br />public improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />Points discussed for the PUD development plan included: parking, grading, <br />architecture, landscaping and lighting. <br />Staff recommends approval of the project with the following three (3) conditions: <br /> <br />
