PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA

NONE

COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS
NOT ON THE AGENDA

Sisk reminded Council that Neodata had asked to expand their building on South Boulder Road.
Council had requested Neodata to have a public meeting. Neodata scheduled a public meeting for
4 p.m. tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon at the Recreation Center. Sisk, who lives in Mesa Point,
had not received notice of the meeting. He stated that this was not the kind of public meeting he had
anticipated, during the afternoon which is very inconvenient for working people. He suggested that
the public meeting be better advertised, more widely circulated, and that it be held in the evening to
accommodate people that work during the day.

Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that he would relate this to Neodata.

REGULAR BUSINESS

BOULDER VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT ANNEXATION

ORDINANCE NO. 1229, SERIES 1996 - ANNEXATION OF 80.77 ACRES -
BOULDER VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING
(PUBL. He pointed out that a second reading amendment to Ordinance No.
1229 had been attached to the ordinance, based upon modifications requested at first reading.
Ordinance No. 1230 related to zoning the property to PCZD-C. Resolution No. 59, Series 1996,
requested Final Subdivision Plat approval. The Plat subdivides the development parcel into Lots 1
and 2, as well as dedicating right-of-way on South 88th Street (up to 60') and Campus Drive (up to
70'). The IGA waived the open space dedication requirement for the District campus, and the
development parcels. The District is required to enter into an agreement to permit Louisville
residents access and joint use of the District's open space and ballfield facilities.

Davidson opened the public hearing.

Davidson called for the applicant's presentation.

Don Orr, Boulder Valley School District, was there to answer any questions.

2
