Discussion of additional items to be covered- We began this <br />discussion by reminiscing about where our board has been and where <br />we see ourselves as a board in the future. We then reviewed Ken's <br />document for the study session. It was determined that our charter <br />needs to be changed to reflect our new duties now that WGP has been <br />terminated. Dennis stated that he feels our board was instrumental in <br />moving towards where we are today. A big kudos to Joe, Allan and their <br />staff for working and educating our many FEMA reps. Ken and Heikke <br />were impressed by the Cities hiring process for our new course <br />superintendent. Joe stated that an announcement would be made within <br />the next week introducing our new superintendent. <br />Item IX- Potential agenda items for September 15, 2014 GCAB meeting in <br />the Louisville Public Library Meeting Room — <br />• Recap Study Session <br />• Discuss any issues concerning the golf course <br />• Schedule Update <br />Item X- Adjourn- The meeting was adjourned at 8:OOPM. Dennis Maloney <br />proposed.
