APPROVAL OF 1996 CONCRETE REPLACEMENT PROJECT - CHANGE ORDERS 4 & 5 APPROVAL OF BID AWARD - ART CENTER RESTORATION APPROVAL OF BID PROPOSAL - RECODIFICATION OF LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENTS - BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS APPROVAL TO REJECT BID AWARD - 1996 LOWER DRAINAGE WAY "D" REHABILITA TION PROJECT PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA NONE COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Mayer recognized Mayor Davidson for his drive to get the Arts Center renovated. Sisk reported that he and Keany had received FAXes from the Hillsborough North neighbors regarding the proposal on Baseline Estates pUD' the 58 acres immediately to the north of Louisville. He assured the neighbors that Council had, before receiving the FAX, taken steps concerning this matter. Keany complimented the Louisville Housing Authority on their 98%+ scoring from HUD on the way they run the Housing Authority. Davidson pointed out that it is the second year in a row that they have received the highest award from HUD. REGULAR BUSINESS RESOLUTION NO. 63, SERIES 1996 - APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR FIRE GRILL RESTAURANT LOT 3, CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL Ll, FILING NO.1 Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the applicants were requesting a modification to the architectural elevation. The footprint of the building had decreased by 200 s.f The landscaping and parking were unchanged. The primary changes were roof and signage. Planning Commission approved their Resolution No. 28, Series 1996, on September 19,1996, with five conditions which had been met except for selecting a final roof color. Roof colors were presented to Council for their selection. Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. 2
