<br />APPROVAL OF 1996 CONCRETE REPLACEMENT PROJECT - CHANGE <br />ORDERS 4 & 5 <br />APPROVAL OF BID AWARD - ART CENTER RESTORATION <br />APPROVAL OF BID PROPOSAL - RECODIFICATION OF LOUISVILLE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE <br />APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENTS - BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />APPROVAL TO REJECT BID AWARD - 1996 LOWER DRAINAGE WAY "D" <br />REHABILITA TION PROJECT <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS <br />NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayer recognized Mayor Davidson for his drive to get the Arts Center renovated. <br /> <br />Sisk reported that he and Keany had received FAXes from the Hillsborough North neighbors <br />regarding the proposal on Baseline Estates pUD' the 58 acres immediately to the north of Louisville. <br />He assured the neighbors that Council had, before receiving the FAX, taken steps concerning this <br />matter. <br /> <br />Keany complimented the Louisville Housing Authority on their 98%+ scoring from HUD on the way <br />they run the Housing Authority. <br /> <br />Davidson pointed out that it is the second year in a row that they have received the highest award <br />from HUD. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 63, SERIES 1996 - APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO FINAL PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR FIRE GRILL RESTAURANT LOT 3, CENTENNIAL <br />VALLEY, PARCEL Ll, FILING NO.1 <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the applicants were requesting a modification to the <br />architectural elevation. The footprint of the building had decreased by 200 s.f The landscaping and <br />parking were unchanged. The primary changes were roof and signage. Planning Commission <br />approved their Resolution No. 28, Series 1996, on September 19,1996, with five conditions which <br />had been met except for selecting a final roof color. Roof colors were presented to Council for their <br />selection. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />2 <br />
