Everyone is welcome and <br />encouraged to attend. <br />Items Tentatively Scheduled for the regular meeting: October 9, 2014: <br />A AT &T Antennae — Louisville Recreation Center: A request for a special review <br />use (SRU) to allow for the placement of 3 sectors of four (4) 8 foot tall rooftop <br />antennas, totaling 12 antennas. <br />• Applicant, Owner and Representative: Cliff Spencer <br />• Case Manager: Scott Robinson, Planner II <br />A Coal Creek Station Final PUD - (Coal Creek Station Properties, LLC and BVZ <br />Architects) — a request for a final plat and PUD for the existing property at the <br />SW corner of South Boulder Road and HWY 42 owned by Coal Creek Station <br />Properties, LLC.
