There is no additional development behind the building because the elementary <br />school is located there. There is no neighbor impact and would not change its physical location. <br />Applicant Presentation: <br />Applicant and Representative: DAJ Architects (Andy Johnson), 922 -A Main Street, Louisville, <br />CO. <br />• Replatting of property which is a big, open area. The two lots being requested will be big <br />lots in comparison to the average size along Lincoln which historically have larger lots. <br />• This project will create a more compatible finish to this neighborhood on Lincoln. The <br />owners' intention is to create something more manageable, keep the property where the <br />house currently exists a smaller size, and create a moderate -sized home on the corner <br />property attaching to the garage. <br />Commission Questions of Applicant: <br />Rice asks about the reason for leaving the garage. <br />Johnson answers that the garage was built approximately 1 ears ago. The garage is in good <br />shape with no reason to demolish it. It could be easily incorporated into a new home.
