(Lots 12 and 13) and 224 Front Street (Lots 10 <br />and 11), Block 9, Murphy Place <br />Residential Medium Density (RM), Old Town Overlay District <br />Case #14- 041 -VA — A request for approval of a variance from <br />Section 17.12.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code (LMC) to <br />allow a 1 foot rear yard setback where 3 feet is required. <br />SUMMARY OF PROPOSAL: <br />The applicant, Lawrence Verbeck, who is representing both 224 Front Street and 225 <br />County Road, is requesting a 1 foot rear yard setback where 3 feet is required for both <br />properties, which are located in the Old Town Overlay District. The variance request <br />precedes a request to vacate an existing 20' alley and a lot line adjustment (minor <br />subdivision).
