He recommends approval. <br />Ewy stated the application as well put together and the engineering analysis was great. <br />She does not believe the request will propose a risk. <br />Malmquist added the flood plain will be modified in a year. <br />The remainder of the commission nodded in agreement. <br />Malmquist made a motion to approve.
