Advise and participate as requested by City staff and City Council on the development and on- <br />going review of a Master Plan for the operation and maintenance of the Coal Creek Golf Course. <br />This Master Plan for Coal Creek Golf Course will include the following elements: <br />1. Vision <br />2. Operating and performance measures and standards <br />3. Capital Improvement Plan, including recommended priorities, time - lines, funding <br />sources and implementation strategies <br />4. Marketing goals and objectives, including target markets, market share and strategies <br />for achieving those goals and objectives <br />5. Communications and Customer Relations plan, including customer satisfaction goals <br />and strategies to build customer connection and loyalty <br />6. Financial sustainability and Implementation plan including information showing a <br />timeline and milestones for generating sufficient revenue to cover all operating costs and <br />fund the Capital Improvement Plan. <br />B. The Board will periodically review financial results and capital plan funding and make <br />recommendations consistent with Council direction on `self- sustainability for operational costs. <br />C. The Board will review and make recommendations for the "Best of Breed" comparisons <br />conducted annually by the golf course staff and presented to the GCAB at one of our regularly <br />scheduled monthly meetings. <br />D. The Board will make recommendations on the content of and analyze and comment on the <br />results of periodic customer service surveys, customer and public feedback regarding customer <br />service, maintenance, conditions and operations of Coal Creek Golf Course. <br />E. The Board will report annually to City Council regarding the management of the Coal Creek <br />Golf Course and success in achieving the performance standards, goals and objectives identified <br />in the Golf Course Master Plan and the results of the customer service surveys. <br />F. The Board will address other specific duties as assigned by City Council. <br />Section 3. The Board shall have the power to adopt policies and procedures for the conduct of <br />its activities, which shall be consistent with the provisions of the City Charter, ordinances and <br />other applicable law.
