Subdivision Re -Plat review process (Planning Commission /City Council vs. BOA) <br />3. Update Tele- Communication / CMRS (include a capacity component) <br />4. Dark Sky Ordinance <br />5. Customize (simplify) Enclave Annexation Procedures <br />6. Create a Live / Work use group and consider allowing in Downtown <br />7.
