Aaron will put it on the agenda for next <br />month. <br />Union Jack – Commissioners Menaker and Angell and DeJong visited.Owner is happy. <br />Challenges are public Right OfWayruns into their property. Coal Creek Station will redevelop. <br />Need to get agreement with Arnold family for access. Wants to erect a gas station but has met <br />resistance. <br />Outback Steakhouse – Commissioner AngellandDeJong visited. They are doing well. They <br />will be testing lunchin December. They get a lot of business from hotels. Mentioned it would <br />be nice to have more residential. <br />VSI Parylene – Special coating process for semi conductorindustry.They continue to grow. <br />25 employees. Want to stay in Louisville. <br />ED UPDATE: <br />White wave BAP is approved and they will be going into1900 Cherry. They could grow <br />significantly. <br />th <br />Core Area TIF Bonds on agenda for October 7. TIF bonds will go to LRC October meeting. <br />Metro District Board to start education process to see if CTC is interested in improvements and <br />th <br />creating new road connection to 96Street and possibly request a retail zoning along the new <br />road. <br />City Services Facilityis under construction. $1m grant received from DOLA. <br />th <br />South Boulder Road kickoff is Wednesday, October 8 <br />Reports from Committee members: <br />Commissioner Menaker – Tara Cluck Dance studio is outgrowing space.
