<br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Keany stated that the Boy Scout troop he is involved in had attempted to contact the City three times <br />to perform a community service project, service a trail, clean a park, etc. and had received no <br />response. <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, will be checking into it. <br /> <br />Levihn wanted the speed bump and speeding controversy resolved. He asked for a discussion with <br />the Police Department concerning the speed bumps, patrolling, and getting the traffic under control <br />in Louisville. <br /> <br />Sisk pointed out that there is a Work Session scheduled for Christmas Eve and he would not be there. <br />He asked for a progress report on cable television on where they are and what their deadlines are. <br /> <br />Bill Blankenship, Human Resources Officer, will have an update at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mayer asked about the sewer tap study. <br /> <br />Simmons reported that it will not be available until after the first of the year. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn (9:20 p.m.), seconded by Mayer.
