<br />Simmons stated that the R. S . Weld Corporation manages the District on behalf of CTC and they had <br />a sidewalk plan done by an engineer that will be considered in January. They would like to have the <br />sidewalks installed by forming a Special Improvement District. Sisk also thanked the Seniors for their <br />holiday gathering. <br /> <br />Levihn thanked the City of Louisville's Street Department for keeping the streets in such good order. <br />He encouraged less warning tickets and more actual tickets to be issued by the Police Department. <br /> <br />Davidson apologized to the Seniors for missing their holiday festivities. Also, he pointed out that the <br />City Administrator was to be looking into the stacking oflumber, etc. <br /> <br />Simmons would give an update on the status on the lumber issue at the next meeting.. <br /> <br />Keany had talked to Alpine Lumber and they are drawing up plans for completely repaving their lot <br />and landscaping. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn (10:55 p.m.).
