Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm by Jim Bradford. Meeting Minutes <br />taken by Claudia Lenz. <br />II. Roll Call: (Members present in bold): Jim Bradford, Mary Ann Heaney, David Hsu, Claudia <br />Lenz, Mark Persichetti; Justine Vigil- Tapia; City -Staff Liaison Dave Szabados; City - Council <br />Liaison Jay Keany; visitor Lea Yancey. <br />III. Approval of Current - Meeting's Agenda: Approved without modification. <br />IV. Approval of October 15, Meeting Minutes: The minutes from the October 15, 2014 meeting <br />were approved. <br />V. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: Mark Persichetti attended the Lafayette <br />Sustainability Advisory Board meeting on 11/18/19. Mark attended their meeting in order to set up a <br />later meeting with one of their members who can provide information regarding the development of <br />their Green - Business program. Mark will report next month on any information he receives pursuant <br />to the meeting. <br />VI. Jay's Minute: This was Jay's first meeting with LSAB as the new city council liaison. Jay spoke <br />about the designs for the County Road rebuild. The bridge won't be completed until March 2016, <br />mainly due to federal funding and matching grants. <br />VII. Presentation by Lea Yancey. <br />Lea presented information on the PACE (Partners for a Clean Environment). This program <br />has been in existence for some time but being reinvigorated. PACE is a partnership of local <br />governments and business committed to creating a business community with environmentally <br />sustainable practices. Boulder County administers the program. PACE is available to help <br />businesses use energy efficiently, conserve water, reduce waste, and encourage wise transportation <br />choices at their business. There are a couple of businesses in Louisville that have taken advantage <br />of this program. Funding is currently available.
