Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to speak on this ordinance. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments and questions. <br /> <br />Sisk wondered if where the new sewer was located, the city would receive an easement from the <br />owners. <br /> <br />Wood stated that the city had not accepted the easement yet. It will be presented on January 17. <br />Sisk preferred to delay this until January 17 and have both presented at that meeting. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve ordinance No. 1177, Series 1994, approving the easement <br />vacation for Neodata on second and final reading with the amendment that this vacation be dependant <br />upon the city receiving an equivalent easement, subject to the language the City attorney would <br />include. Seconded by Howard. Roll call was taken. TIMES 12/24/94) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1178, Series 1994, "An ordinance increasing water and <br />sewer rates in the City of Louisville, Colorado." <br /> <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated that the proposed rate structure provided for a 4% <br />increase in the consumption brackets from 0 - 6,000 for water for the next three years, starting in <br />1995, and 6% for larger consumptions above that rate.
