PRESENTATION - FORREST CASON, CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION RKPATRICK, <br />PETTIS, SMITH, POLIAN, INC. <br /> <br />Forrest Cason, Kirkpatrick, Pettis, 1700 Lincoln Street, Denver, Colorado, stated that this <br />contribution, $500, was in relationship with a bond issued that recently closed. The contribution was <br />made to the Conservation Trust Fund, a non-profit organization within the City of Louisville. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION - BEST DOCUMENTARY OF 1994 FROM THE ASSOCIATION OF <br />PROFESSIONAL VIDEOGRAPHERS <br /> <br />Sara Godshalk, Community Facilitator, stated that Louisville's video "Louisville History" won the <br />award of Best Documentary in 1994 from the Association of Professional Videographers in the <br />category of 30 - 60 Minute Length. She presented the statuette to Mayor and Council. <br /> <br />AWARD BID - FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION EVENTS COORDINATOR <br /> <br />Sara Godshalk, Community Facilitator, stated that Christen Goodyear was the sole applicant for this <br />contract position. Her proposal met the requirements set forth in the city's Request For Proposals. <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths asked Goodyear if she had read the city's draft Agreement for 1995 Services and, if <br />so, did it look satisfactory? <br /> <br />Christen Goodyear, 1872 Altered Drive, Superior, Colorado, stated that she had read it and it looked <br />very satisfactory. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council award the contract for the July 4th Events Coordinator to Christen <br />Goodyear. Seconded by Howard. <br /> <br />Davidson offered a friendly amendment that the City Administrator, at a later date, shall designate <br />a person on city staffto monitor the Coordinator. <br /> <br />Mayer and seconder, Howard, accepted that. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1177, SERIES 1994 - TRANSFERRING BY QUIT CLAIM DEED ANY <br />TITLE AND INTEREST OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE IN A UTILITY EASEMENT <br />LOCATED WITHIN LOT 1, FILING NO. 3 CENTENNIAL VALLEY BUSINESS PARK - <br />NEODATA - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 12/24/94) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1177, Series 1994, "An ordinance transferring by Quit <br />Claim Deed any title and interest of the City of Louisville in an easement located within Lot 1, Block <br />1, Centennial Valley Business Park, Filing No. 3." <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this 20' wide utility easement had been relocated. <br /> <br /> <br />
