Approval of Resolution No. 74, Series 2014 — A Resolution Approving a <br />2014 Budget Amendment for the Louisville Revitalization Commission <br />F. Approval of a Crossing Agreement with the Colorado Department of <br />Transportation for the Louisville Lateral <br />G. Approval of Resolution No. 75, Series 2014 — A Resolution Approving a <br />Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment to Allow for the <br />Development of 36 Units on Block 12 and 6 Units on Block 15, Both Blocks <br />in North End Phase II <br />Council member Stolzmann requested Consent Agenda Item H — Approval of Additional <br />Cost for US 36 /McCaslin Interchange (DDI) for LED and Street Pedestrian Lighting be <br />removed from the Consent Agenda. Mayor Muckle moved Consent Agenda Item H to <br />the regular business agenda as Al. <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved to approve the Consent Agenda as amended, <br />seconded by Council member Stolzmann. All were in favor. Absent: Mayor Pro Tem <br />Dalton. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Council member Stolzmann reported on comments from the public relative to public <br />meeting videos not being posted on the City Web Site. She explained it is related to the <br />transition from the old web site to the new web site. She noted the videos (DVD's) can <br />be checked out through the City Manager's office. She stated the videos will be <br />imbedded in the City's new web page. She also reported tomorrow, Wednesday, <br />December 17th is the Senior Lunch at the Recreation Center. <br />Mayor Muckle extended his best wishes to the residents, Council members and the City <br />staff for a happy holiday and a Happy New Year. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming reported on the following: <br />
